Open Control Panel then click Programs and Features

Click on Turn Windows Features On/Off

Click on Internet Information Services and Select component

After clicking OK, this dialog will appear on your screen for a while

Click on Administrative tools

It’ll show the IIS Shortcut link

Open IIS Manager,fire up your browser and navigate to localhost
